According to the Glassdoor employees' choice awards released last month, Bain & Company ranks first with 4.7 rating adn the McKinsey & Company ranks second with 4.3 rating and the Facebook also maintains the third with the same rating as 4.3.
Employee Ratings Scale: 3.51-4.0 = "Satisfied" 4.01-5.0 = "Very Satisfied"
Google ranks 5th with 4.0 where apple moves to 10th position where the Intel ranks 32nd with the 3.6 rating, Accenture with the same rating and ranks 43rd, Johnson and Johnson holds the 28th position.
This ratings are provided based on the employer ratings such as career advancement and compensation and those are approved by their CEO mostly.
